The extra 's' stands for secure and shows that it is a safe website.

We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we use this information only with your permission. The Beauty Organics does not sell your personal information to third parties and only makes it available to third parties who are involved in processing your order.

Why do we process personal data?

Beauty Organics needs your personal information to provide you with the following services:

If you place an order, we have to execute the purchase agreement your order information such as your name, email address, possibly telephone number, delivery address and payment information needed to execute your order and you of the progress thereof to keep you informed. We store this information on a Secure Server. If you create an account at Beauty Organics, you always have access to this information when you are logged in.
Contact with our Customer Service is via email and / or telephone, we have your name, email address, your order information and possibly your phone number. 
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive an e-mail from us in which we ask you to confirm your subscription. Only when you confirm your registration will your name, e-mail address and product details be included in our mailing list.  In our commercial e-mails we use so-called 'tracking pixels'. Such a pixel allows us to see whether an e-mail is being read and to better adapt future mailings to your wishes. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email via our customer service.
Your N.A.W. and order data are processed administratively by us for the purpose of our accounting. 


In which cases do we process personal data?

We only process your personal data in the following cases:

Any request relating to these rights will be investigated within one (1) month of the request. If it concerns complex or substantial requests, the deadline can be extended by an additional month.
